Return & Exchange Policy

At Artiza Laces & Embellishment, we strive to provide products that reflect superior craftsmanship and detail. However, if for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process based on the following terms.


🛍 When Can You Return a Product?

You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order if:

Incorrect product was delivered
Product received has a manufacturing defect or visible damage

🔁 Conditions for Return

Your return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

The product is unused and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging are intact and not removed
There are no signs of wear, use, stains, or damage
Product must be returned in its original, secure packaging (bubble wrap, paper, etc.)


📦 How to Initiate a Return

1. Initiate Return Request
Email us at artizalace20@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your Order ID and proof of purchase

  • Photos of the product from all sides

  • A brief reason for the return

2. Return Approval & Coordination
Our team will inspect the shared images and reason. If the return request meets our return policy, you will be contacted via email or WhatsApp with the next steps.

3. Reverse Pickup or Manual Shipping
If your area supports courier reverse pickup, we will arrange a free collection.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may ship the item yourself. Once approved, we will reimburse you up to INR 150 for the shipping cost.

4. Product Inspection & Refund
Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will conduct a full inspection to ensure it meets return criteria.
If the item is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Important Conditions & Exceptions

Note 1: All returns are documented with unboxing videos to ensure item authenticity. If the returned product is found to be used, altered, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

Note 2: Reverse pickup may not be available in certain areas. In such cases, customers can self-ship the product and still qualify for INR 150 reimbursement.

Note 3: Minor color or texture variation due to lighting, camera, or display settings is not grounds for return.

Note 4: Minor thread pulls or stitching inconsistencies are part of the handmade/embroidered process and are not considered defects.

Note 5: Product updates like slight changes in strap color, lace design, or hardware finish are routine and not eligible for return unless the functionality is affected.

Note 6: Any damage caused during international or third-party delivery (such as opened or tampered parcels) is not the liability of Artiza Laces once handed to the courier.


💵 COD Order Returns

1. Refunds for COD orders are not made to bank accounts.
You will receive a store credit (coupon code) within 5 working days of pickup.

2. The coupon will be equal to the full order amount and will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.


📜 Additional Return Guidelines

Returns must be received in the same condition as shipped
Returns with missing tags, visible use, or poor condition will be rejected
No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances
No exchanges are offered. For a replacement, please return and place a new order


Cancellation Policy

Order Modifications
Please reach out immediately after placing your order if any changes are needed. We can only accommodate modifications before order processing begins.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may proceed with a return after delivery.


🧾 Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
Manual return shipping charges (up to INR 150) are reimbursed via your original payment method
Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider


🌍 International Returns

Customers from outside India must notify us at artizalace20@gmail.com to initiate a return
International shipping charges, duties, and customs taxes are non-refundable
Customers must return items at their own cost unless the item is proven to be incorrect or defective
We will coordinate closely with international clients to simplify the return process wherever possible
