How are your lace designs made?

Every design is made in our own unit in Mumbai, where we have been manufacturing laces and borders since 2007. Our zari borders, laces, latkans and neck patches are crafted with zari, threads, moti (beads), sequins and mirror work, and our handwork pieces are finished by hand by skilled local artisans. Each piece is checked before it is packed and shipped to you — straight from the maker, with no middleman.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered in 5–7 days (India) and 10–15 days (International)

Are customs or import duties included?

No, international customers are responsible for any customs duties or applicable taxes in their country.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email us at artizalace20@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and product photos. We’ll review and guide you through the next steps.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–15 working days, depending on payment method—credited back to the original payment source.
