International Shipping
Orders outside India are shipped via global logistics partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex for secure and timely delivery
⏱ Order Processing & Handling Time
Standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days
May take up to 7 business days during high-volume or holiday seasons
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately
📅 Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Deliveries (India): 5 to 8 business days
International Deliveries: 7 to 12 business days
These do not include the 2 to 5 day processing period

🛃 Customs & Duties (International Orders)
All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in India
Occasionally, customers may be required to pay import duties or taxes, depending on local laws
These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility
DHL or FedEx will handle customs clearance and deliver your order to your doorstep
If import duties or taxes are charged, DHL or FedEx will invoice you and collect payment at the time of delivery
📦 Package Safety & Delivery
All products are packed securely using bubble wrap, paper, or other protective covers to ensure safe delivery
Once the package is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer

Shipping Address
Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout
Once processing begins, the shipping address cannot be modified
Delivery Acknowledgement
We are not responsible for deliveries accepted by anyone other than the intended recipient
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the package
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Do not accept packages that are visibly damaged or tampered with
